Notes2 screens provide a "Help" button to reach the Notes2 Help Articles Table of Contents page. Click any title(link) to see the article.

You can read all the articles to get a full understanding of how Notes2 works or you can select an individual article to answer your question while you are running Notes2.

Email Support

Email Support is free. We endeavor to answer emails within 24 hours. Please explain your question or problem (include a screen shot if you can) as well as your signin username. uid#, email address and telephone number.

Telephone Support

We charge $25 per call for up to 15 minutes. We use your payment method on file or ask you for a payment option at the beginning of your call.

The telephone number is 720.530.6105(USA).

Our goal is answer your call personally with competent sales, support and programming staff if you call between 9 to 5 pm MST Monday to Friday.

If you receive a voice message, we are helping other users. In that case please leave your telephone number, signin username and uid# and a brief description of your problem. We will return your call as soon as possible. We return calls as late at 9PM MST.

Consulting, Planning and Training

We welcome the opportunity to help you understand Notes2 and to plan your use of it. It's a good way to get the most out of the system and reduce your learning time. Send us an email explaining when you prefer we call you back. We charge $25 per call for up to 15 minutes.
